Benoit and Maryse. Maryse works in a factory and lives an ordinary suburban life with her husband Alain. Their current obsession: selling a backhoe that sits unused on their front lawn. Benoit lives with their convalescent father. Benoit is a prisoner of endless adolescence. He hopes to start a new adult life with an older single mother by the name of Nathalie... whose son is not receptive to the idea.
