But before he can leave, fate intervenes and Tom finds himself trpped in a lift with none other than the consultant Eloise (Annelise Hesme), who lost him his job. Tom would really love to hate her... the touble is the consultant is female, French, and beautiful. Four years later after there relationship had broken down they meet to say a final farewell on a Christmas evening, only to discover that they still have feelings for each other.
