Synopsis
"Rogues in Robes" is a clinical and legal review of judicial misconduct and corruption in city, county, state, federal, civil and criminal judicial proceedings. Judicial misconduct is a prevalent problem in American society, exemplified by growing and blatant illegalities orchestrated to deny US citizens their civil rights, liberties and due process. A behind the scene look at cover-ups and criminal misdeeds are stunning, disturbing, historical actions as federal judges have been impeached since 1804. From the Senate Judicial Committee to the Supreme Court, rogues taint the legacy of the honorable men and women who serve justice equally and fairly across this great nation in administrative, civil and criminal law. Cases where life and death are at stake, judicial misconduct, corruption, whistleblower retaliation and abuse extract a dangerous toll on human lives. "Rogues in Robes" explores the issues and offers ideas for solving the crisis from the great legal minds of this generation, showcasing the bad apples whose actions echo their crimes against humanity, the law and the constitution.
