Überblick

When Daniel loses his job and home, his older brother, Michael, reluctantly allows him to stay with his family until he gets back on his feet. Months pass. Daniel contributes little, while Michael works long hours and pays less and less attention to his wife, Sarah.

Lonely and emotionally neglected, Sarah finds herself talking more and more with Daniel. He listens when Michael doesn't. He notices things Michael has stopped noticing. What begins as friendship slowly becomes emotional intimacy.

Daniel sees an opportunity. Manipulative and charming, he exploits Sarah's vulnerability, convincing her that Michael no longer loves her. Their secret affair begins.
