Night security guards, Tiffany and Joey, watch over a condemned building and discover they are not alone. Indistinct shadows on the security monitors, the sound of children singing a haunting children's song and strange noises echoing in the hallways lead them to discover a hidden area of the building, an old obstetric clinic closed years before when its director, Dr. Thatcher, went mad. As the dark corridors come alive with other-worldly abominations, Tiffany realizes the evil spirit of Dr. Thatcher is alive, and his dark quest is the unborn baby inside of her.
