Gabriel Glas (Calmroth) is a young, lonely doctor who despises the superficial ideals of his time but secretly longs to be part of something greater. When Helga Gregorius (Loch Næss), a celebrated and enigmatic fashion designer, steps into Glas’s practice, his world is turned upside down. Behind her perfect façade, she is a prisoner in her marriage to the award-winning author Patrik Gregorius (Fandango). Gabriel sees his calling: to rescue Helga from Patrik’s grip. Soon they are caught in a web of lies, desire, and power games. The deeper Gabriel is drawn into his relationship with Helga, the more moral boundaries he crosses.
