Adrift, Dylan can’t find his place in this world. Working a meaningless job in the city without any true friends or purpose in life, he starts to question why things are the way they are. Dylan decides to rip up his mundane life and gives himself one week and a mission: to truly live before he dies. Starting small, Dylan’s acts of rebellion soon intensify as his actions become stranger and more extreme: rubbing up against the modern world, culture and people that have made his life miserable over the years. His estranged sisters' pull on their shared history begins to fade as he becomes focused on a growing obsession with James, his boss, his rival, and the talisman for all that is wrong in the world. What follows is a journey full of darkness and light, transcendence and transgression, as Dylan pushes himself and the world around him to the very limits in the hope of finding meaning, connection and salvation.
