Young Breanna is assaulted by her ex, Sean. She falsely claims he has a gun; police kill him. Years later, her daughter Cheri befriends the violent Madison. Breanna grows suspicious, hires a friend to follow Madison, who kills him and another friend. Madison reveals she is Breanna's abandoned daughter with Sean. Madison accidentally kills Breanna during a fight, then is killed by police, mirroring her father. Cheri later finds a photo of Madison as a baby... with a twin.
