Synopsis

When the President of the United States (Mel Novak) prepares to sign a historic international treaty banning chemical weapons, a violent splinter organization initiates a ruthless campaign of sabotage to derail the accord. Amidst a botched terrorist heist that compromises deadly nerve gas agents and results in the abduction of the President, Renault finds himself uniquely positioned to hunt down the conspirators.
