In the comfort of a beautiful home, Ada lives a life that looks perfect from the outside — but inside, she is breaking. Her husband, Kunle, treats her with coldness and scorn, dismissing her feelings and silencing her voice. Day after day, Ada shrinks a little more, surviving in a marriage where affection has long disappeared.
Everything begins to change when she meets Chike, the warm and attentive neighbor next door. What starts as simple friendliness becomes a lifeline. Chike listens when Kunle won’t, notices what Kunle ignores, and offers the kindness Ada has been starved of for years. For the first time in a long while, she feels seen.
As Ada finds solace in this unexpected friendship, Kunle begins to sense a shift he cannot explain. The emotional distance he created now threatens to swallow his marriage whole. Ada must choose between staying in a home that hurts her or embracing the possibility of healing and rediscovering her worth.
