Cambodia, 1971. As American bombers tear across the borderlands of the Vietnam War, a wounded U.S. soldier is rescued by Khmaw, a Khmer healer living near Bokor Mountain. Khmaw brings the soldier toward an isolated Catholic church, where a young nun named Sarah is suffering from a violent demonic possession and her devoted companion, Ella, searches desperately for a cure.
Their crisis is connected to a forbidden graveyard. Years earlier, two women of different faiths were transformed during a sacred gathering: Sister Carla became a vessel of destruction, while Sor - a Khmer nun scarred by the murder of her family - became the Black Nun, the power of darkness. Religious leaders once sealed them beneath a Christian grave and a black stupa, but greedy sorcerers disturb the site and awaken both forces.
As centipedes, ritual marks, possessed bodies, and a five-eyed demonic cat spread terror across the mountain, Khmaw's granddaughter Chan and Sister Ella discover that they are not accidental victims. Each is a living key within an ancient prophecy. To survive, Khmer spiritual knowledge and Christian faith must work together while war closes in around them.
The battle ultimately opens a void dimension where Carla and the Black Nun turn against each other and prepare to sacrifice Ella and Chan. At Ta Som Temple, an ancient energy box awakens sacred Pali light across the sky. Guided by that power, Ella uses the Sacred Blood Gem against Carla, while Chan releases a golden force against the Black Nun. The two demons are broken apart and drawn back into a sacred seal - but in the final light, another half human, half-demon presence is revealed, suggesting that the darkness has not ended
