A group of kidnappers abducts a young woman, Amara, intending to demand a hefty ransom from her wealthy family. Cold, calculated, and efficient, the gang believes it’s just another job — quick, clean, and profitable.
But everything changes when one of them, Chike, begins to see Amara not as a target, but as a human being. Her fear, her strength, and her quiet resilience unsettle him. Against his better judgment, he starts protecting her, softening toward her, and eventually falling for her — a dangerous emotion in a world built on violence and loyalty.
As the ransom deadline approaches, Chike finds himself torn between loyalty to the gang and his growing feelings. Meanwhile, Amara must decide whether to trust the man who helped abduct her or use his affection to escape.
