Adam Dubin is co-writer/co-director of TRACTION PARK MASSACRE. A graduate of NYU film program (and roommates with mega-producer Rick Rubin), Adam co-directed the classic Beastie Boys music videos “Fight For Your Right To Party” and “No Sleep Till Brooklyn.” 

Adam directed the multi-platinum selling “A Year And A Half In The Life Of Metallica Parts 1 & 2” feature length documentaries as well as Metallica’s music video for “Nothing Else Matters” which has recently topped one billion views on YouTube. Adam has worked for Metallica for over 30 years and is currently working on a long form documentary with the band. 

Adam has directed many films and concert shows featuring a murderer’s row of stand-up comedians including Lewis Black, Dave Attell, Aziz Ansari, Jim Breuer, Bill Burr, Zach Galafianakis, Jim Gaffigan, Otto & George, Jim Norton, Greg Giraldo, Nick Kroll, and Anthony Jeselnik. 

In 2019, Adam directed the award winning documentary “Murder In The Front Row: The San Francisco Bay Area Thrash Metal Story” featuring interviews with Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax, Testament, and many more. The movie screened in over 100 theaters around the world to many sold out shows and continues to screen on all major digital platforms.
