Founded in 2023, DOUBLE DUTCH PROVISION, LLC is a television and film production company specializing in developing, scripting, directing, producing visual content, in addition to music supervision. The company develops original, market-driven productions while also collaborating with outside producers to bring unique creative perspectives and professional efficiency to every project.
Leadership
Kenyvttv El’Beyvh – Founder & Managing Executive. With over 20 years of entertainment industry experience, Mr. El’Beyvh has worked in music, film, and television production at both executive and creative levels. His career includes:
• DARE 2 STRUGGLE PRODUCTIONS (Atlanta, GA): Rose from Production Coordinator to Vice President of Operations, working alongside founder Dr. Mutulu Shakur (father of Tupac Shakur). Oversaw operations from pre-production through post-production, marketing, and promotions.
• BLACK HAND ENTERTAINMENT (Queens, NY): Served as Regional Representative and later Executive Assistant to CEO Chaz Williams (2003–2011). Provided content advisement and writing contributions to projects including Crime Partners (film), Gangsta Chronicles (documentary), BET’s American Gangster, and BET’s Ultimate Hustler.
• 4Ever Young Music Group (Washington, DC): Co-Founder and Vice President (2012–2014), co-producing music videos for roster artists and continuing creative content development.
• Other Creative Work: Co-produced the play Bound and Gagged (2014), contributed as a writer on the TV series Bad News Baltimore (2017), wrote – directed – and produced Currency Sense (a financial literary television show) (2023), wrote – directed – produced It’s Our Turn (full feature film) (2023), wrote – directed – produced Black Velvet (full feature film) (2025).
