The Baker sisters have grown apart, but the one thing that can bring them back together is their love of netball, at least that’s what eldest sister Ronnie believes, so she lures her three sisters and three nieces with the promise of a girls weekend away, but secretly has entered them into the Masters Netball Tournament in Albury. If they are going to win, and more importantly, save Viv from self-destructing, this family must become a team. Ronnie hopes family time and a return to sport will help Viv who is on a permanent bender following a messy divorce, get her life back on track. The Hot Flashes are on a mission to pull their netball skills out of retirement and win a tournament, but end up finding themselves, healing old wounds and figuring out just what it means to be “Here if Ya Need” – on and off the court.
