Years after surviving the experiment that transformed her into an evolved human, Soma lives under the protection of AVATA in Cambodia while struggling to control the extraordinary power flowing through her blood.

In Paris, Soma confronts the dying billionaire Mason, demanding the truth about the child taken from her years earlier. Mason cruelly claims that the girl was eliminated long ago. Consumed by grief and rage, Soma kills him. Unknown to her, Mason's granddaughter Liora witnesses the murder through the estate's surveillance system and becomes convinced that Soma is responsible for destroying her family.

Liora travels to Cambodia seeking revenge. During their first confrontation, Soma senses a mysterious resonance between their powers. At the same time, Dara—thought to be dead—returns after being rebuilt through experiments conducted by NEUROXIS. Secretly knowing that Liora is Soma's daughter, he manipulates the young woman into hating her own mother.

Meanwhile, KRYOS in South Korea perfects XENOR, a genetically engineered prototype that requires the unique bloodline shared by Soma and Liora. As AVATA investigates the strange resonance between them, DNA evidence finally confirms that Liora is Soma's biological daughter.

Before Soma can reveal the truth or rebuild their relationship, KRYOS launches an operation to seize Liora. Soma fights desperately to stop them, but her emotional hesitation and physical exhaustion allow KRYOS to complete the mission.

The film concludes with Liora imprisoned inside a KRYOS containment facility, where her blood will be used to complete the next stage of human evolution. Standing helpless as her daughter is taken away for a second time, Soma makes a silent promise that she will bring Liora home—setting the stage for the final chapter of the trilogy.
