AMBI Distribution, based in Los Angeles, California, is the worldwide sales arm of AMBI Pictures, Andrea Iervolino and Monika Bacardi’s vertically integrated finance, production and distribution company.
Julie Sultan, President of Distribution & COO, runs AMBI Distribution, which represents AMBI Pictures’ original productions as well as third party titles from A-list filmmakers and television producers from around the globe. Sultan is a 20-year entertainment industry veteran with an extensive knowledge of the film and television marketplace. Prior to joining AMBI, Julie served in senior positions at Lakeshore and NBC Studios, where she managed and sold a number of $100M+ grossing feature films and Academy Award winners.
AMBI plans to distribute 8-10 films every year including in-house and third-party productions. All titles will feature recognizable cast, prolific directors and commercial content. Most will have the potential for a major theatrical release in North America and other major territories. AMBI has a highly qualified and driven team, a solid plan and the strong support of the established talent agencies in Los Angeles as well as established producers, writers, show runners and directors.
