Kereta Berdarah is a horror-thriller about cancer survivor Purnama and his brother Kembang on a holiday train to a remote resort, where carriages mysteriously vanish each time they enter a tunnel, turning the trip into a fight for survival against supernatural forces tied to the destruction of the forest.
As passengers die and carriages disappear, a group including Purnama, Kembang, the train stewardess Ramla, and a mysterious passenger named Tekun, must work together to uncover the threat and save the train before it reaches its destination.
