Zian, a retired special forces commander (Leo Fong in his final role), has turned his inner city autobody garage over to his Granddaughter Angie Lee. When “The Black Roses,” a ruthless gang of punks start shaking down local businesses for protection money, she refuses to pay and the Black Roses assault her and leave her for dead. Now with nowhere else to turn and the gang’s power only increasing, Zian calls on his old special forces team, “The Obliterators” (Jon Mikl Thor, Peter Avalon, Diamante’, Len Kabasinski), to come in and serve their own brand of justice.
