"Firestarter" meets "Stranger Things." A secret branch of the military calls upon psychologist Dr. James Fonda to take the case of a highly dangerous patient, a child named Ellie. To the untrained eye she is an innocent child, but in fact she is targeted as a danger to society and must be eliminated. Ellie is a genius with not only her wits on her side but also the special telekinetic gifts that have the capacity to kill. It’s up to Dr. Fonda to prove Ellie’s humanity, but it’s not easy.
