Wu, successor of the ancient clan of the Iron Kick comes to a city notorious for its crime, looking for his fellow apprentice JiangLi. Before he finds JiangLi, he takes a job as a bodyguard of Faye, the daughter of the wealthiest man in the city. When reunited with Jiang, he realises that JiangLi is leading a gang, ready to kidnap Faye, and Wu is torn between his duty to protect and his loyalty to his clan.
