In a charming Italian alpine village, Angelina, a teenager burdened by her family‘s expectations, accidentally ruins the preparations for the beloved local festival putting her town‘s future at risk. In a desperate attempt to cover up her mistake, she gets tangled up in her own webs of deceit creating mischievous magical creatures that multiply with each lie. As chaos spirals, Angelina has no other choice but to team up with a reluctant truth-telling creature known as the Badalisc. Together, they embark on a cross-country journey across Italy to save the town and restore authenticity in their community.
