9 Muse Srl is a young newco founded in December 2018 following the experience of Metropolis Productions.

Metropolis was founded in 2001, bringing various multimedia to life, including cinema and theatre productions. In 2018 the Metropolis team decided to found 9 Muse Srl as a consecration and evolution of the work done in the past 17 years. 9 Muse Srl is open to experimentation in both fiction and documentary. Our team has an international attitude and it's constantly present at the largest European audiovisual markets.

9 Muse Srl - as Metropolis - is partner and founder of the Tuscany Film Network and CNA Cinema Toscana.

Our main production areas are cinema and live events. 9 Muse also organizes the world-famous Biennale of contemporary paper art Cartasia in Lucca since 2004.

The newest production tools, a modern outlook with no predefined scheme, a "think out of the box" philosophy, represent to us the paths to follow.

We are constantly looking for new ways to use the narrative potential of cinema. We're not just experimenting, we truly want to take the boundaries of the cinematic language a step further.

Web, cinema e theater sometimes melt their language. There are no more boundaries and the same concept of division is old and dead. To tell a story. That's the privilege and responsibility we have.
