Renascence founder and principal, Solomon J. LeFlore, a former media and entertainment banker turned producer-financier-writer (he wrote the original draft of the Academy Award nominated screenplay for STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON (“SOC”) (purchased, polished and produced by Andre Romel Young pka Dr. Dre). The 2015 released SOC movie has over $345 million of gross receipts and EBITDA of $100 million.

LeFlore has structured project finance for over 100 major film projects; this, representing over $3.5 billion of committed funds. He has enjoyed finance, production and distribution output deals with 6 major distributors: Orion Pictures; MGM/UA; Universal Pictures; Lionsgate; Summit Entertainment; and, CLT-Ufa International. Those deals resulted in over 100 pictures getting produced and distributed… mainly negative pickups.

After being involved with successful films in the history/war/action-adventures genre like: "The Patriot;" "Dances With Wolves," (a film released by Orion Pictures where he had a production output deal) earned $424 million, won 41 awards internationally and 7 Academy Awards; and, "The Last of the Mohicans," LeFlore and Renascence are excited to bringing THE BATTLE OF BUSHY RUN to market… and, to worldwide audiences.
