Antoine Blanchet, owner of a scale-manufacturing factory, proudly displays shelves of awards celebrating his success — until his flawless reputation is threatened when an employee he fired stages a one-man strike outside the factory, just as Antoine is competing for the "Best Small Business of the Year". As the jury’s visit approaches, things go from bad to worse: production errors, infighting among employees, and Antoine’s playboy son, who seems more interested in charming interns than taking over the business.
