On an unusual day, a series of coincidences lead Eduardo to meet Mônica at a party. A sense of curiosity is sparked between the two, and although they are very different, they fall madly in love. In Brasília, during the 1980s, this love must mature and learn to overcome their differences.
Adaptation to the cinema of the famous song “Eduardo e Monica” written by Renato Russo, about a couple with nothing in common, but fell deeply in love with each other. Directed by René Sampaio and starring Alice Braga and Gabriel Leone, the project is a Gávea Filmes’ production in a coproduction with Barry Company.
