GLAUBER, Claro composes the portrait of the greatest exponent of Brazilian cinema af all times, Glauber Rocha, in his Italian experience in parallel with his penultimate movie CLARO (1975). This documentary brings back Rocha and his generation through memories by friends, collaborators and people who loved him, from his exile years to his rage against the Venice Festival in 1980’. Rocha hated or glorified, made an essential contribution for the cinema worldwide, made the art of cinema to go forward because only people crazy enough to believe that they can change the world, can really do it.
