Gwen (Lindy Booth) is an auction expert recently employed by Alan Hawthorne (Vlasta Vrana). Alan is a wealthy widower selling his legendary Hawthorne House estate, which has been the site of the town’s annual Christmas celebration for years. Realizing the success of the Hawthorne estate sale is the perfect opportunity to launch her own business, Gwen dives headfirst into her job, appraising all of Alan’s most prized possessions and even decorating the house for Christmas to help move the sale forward. However, Alan has also hired a cleaning company owned by Air Force veteran, Reed (Justin Breuning), to work alongside her. Gwen and Reed’s competing personalities and stubbornness cause immediate friction between them. But as they work together, they realize they have more in common and vow to bring the Christmas spirit back into Alan’s estate in unexpected ways—all while finding love in the process.
