After losing everything, including her home, Amaka is evicted with nowhere left to turn. Her last remaining asset is her late father’s old, rusted vehicle — a relic filled with memories but worth nothing in its current state. Selling it could save her, but repairing it is far beyond what she can afford. She doesn’t even know where to begin.
Just when all hope seems lost, she crosses paths with Okorie — an illiterate but remarkably successful businessman known for his street‑smart wisdom and generous heart. Though rough around the edges, he sees something in Amaka that others overlook. Moved by her determination, he offers to help her restore the vehicle.
As they work together, the broken car becomes a symbol of Amaka’s own life — battered, abandoned, but capable of rising again with the right hands guiding it. What begins as a desperate attempt to survive slowly transforms into a journey of healing, unexpected friendship, and the rediscovery of her strength.
