Desperate to save their crumbling marriage, Sarah and her husband relocate to a secluded home in the Korean countryside, where they discover a mysterious vinyl record that plays nothing but silence. After listening to it, Sarah begins losing the ability to hear men’s voices, plunging her into a terrifying spiral of paranoia, hallucinations, and obsession. As she becomes increasingly isolated from her husband and dangerously drawn to an enigmatic female neighbor, the boundaries between reality and nightmare begin to unravel.
With her sanity slipping away, Sarah must confront a horrifying question: Is the terror consuming her all in her mind, or is something far more sinister at work?
