The Attic tells the story that probably no one would have found out about if the paranormal activity has not occurred. At first, Pat seems to be lucky when she meets Tom in the very difficult time in her life. Extremely charming, from good and wealthy family, Tom decides to support Pat and her kids and offers a temporary stay in one of his properties until they will be able to stand on their own feet. Tom is also noticeably attracted to Pat and soon after, the mutual feeling grows between them. Affection, however, becomes disturbed by unexplainable incidents in the house and the terrifying truth gradually is being revealed. What could have been a beautiful love story between these two, suddenly turns in to a violent sequence of events.
