Four old school chums eventually go their separate ways in life. It takes a funeral to get them together. But as one is the deceased, and the caused of death seems suicide, old wounds are opened. A young family member is convinced the death was more sinister and attempts to persuade her father's old pals to investigate the situation. A series of events unfold with disastrous consequents for all concerned.
