Ziarra Johnson (Anna Mae), a Drug-addicted teen mother, accidentally leaves her baby on the hood of her car in 10 degree weather while getting high in a drug house. After discovering the baby in the cold she panics and begins down a road of self destruction trying to keep the baby from being taking from her. Ziarra is confused on who the father of the child is so she works them against each other to get what she wants.
