Four friends, Gopal (Ajay Devgn), Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor), Madhav (Arshad Warsi), and Laxman (Sharman Joshi), trick their way into an old, blind couple's home, with one of them pretending to be the couple's grandson from America. All four fall in love with their neighbor, Nirali (Rimi Sen). Hilarious dramatics begin as they evade their debtor and try to foil a gangster's plan to get his hands on stolen diamonds.
